The question of race comes from the text where A is not defined by anything and he gets to live in a different body each day regardless of their sex, race, religion, or gender. Therefore, this question is a generalization of how being diverse should not define an individual (McCoskey 27). Race is defined as a group of people that have been identified to be distinct from other groups due to their genetic or physical traits shared by the group. The definition of race indicates people are defined by may be their nationality, history and geographic distribution. However, that should not be the case because life is more than appearances. This is because people should not be defined by their geographic, physical, or genetic traits. A states “I only remember a handful of people, and in order to do that, I have to hold tight because the only repetition available- the only way I am going to see them again is if I conjure them in my mind”( Levithan Day 5597 par. 12)
Race has caused people their lives because people choose to identify each other through their race. When doing such definitions they do not realize that they are taking something away from that individual. Therefore, it is important to understand that race should not define people because the body is an active mind. “It is a mistake to think of the body as a vessel. It is as active as any mind, as any soul (Levithan Day 5598 Par.45).” Consequently, people should be given the opportunity to show case their array of information, as well as, how they can make the world a better place if they are just accepted the way they are without any definitions.
In the United States, race is a common issue where some of the people in the society have even ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

Thus, the organizations have a perspective that the freedom of employees is an aspect that ought to be limited and further managed, as opposed to allowing the concept of freedom to prevail within the organization. Freedom is the recipe for creativity and innovation, while being the necessary platform for triggering the growth and development of the workforce, considering that with freedom, employees can try different angles of addressing an organizational problem, and eventually chart a new way of tackling the issues in the future (Koestenbaum& Block, 2001).
