We knew everything about each other because we met at the time when just could not hide anything or pretend. We shared common life goals, helped each other in difficult situations, had our special jokes that nobody else could understand. We lived in a small world of four. When you know a person long enough and he/she starts changing unexpectedly sometimes you cannot see these changes for a long time but notice only the result. Especially when this person is you.
We were planning to have a little trip together as we always did but at that time I got acquainted to a new girl Sandra and we clicked immediately. It seemed that all the previous years we read the same books, watched the same movies, and listened to the same bands. This easy and positive atmosphere that became a part of our relationship made me forget about those friends who I was supposed to be with. I suddenly felt that my old friends became boring with their trivial jokes and primitive entertainments when my new fried offered much more inspirational things. How superficial and stupid of me! But at that time I was so persuaded in my position that decided not to explain anything to them. And know what I did? I sent a message in which I simply refused to come and refused to explain my solution. Since that episode I have not spoken to any of my old friends and, to be sincere, I ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

...Enterprising Potential People that have the innate ability to create and innovate, search for new ideas, and are motivated to put those ideas into action are said to be enterprising. Every person has some potential for enterprising, but a select few are the highly charged creators that pursue a dream until it becomes a reality. I recently evaluated a friend of mine named Michael to see where he fell on the enterprise potential map, and evaluate how his life mirrors his enterprise potential. Michael scores rather high marks in the first category of Need for Achievement. He... Potential...

... Humility and Respect in the Workplace Humility and respect are among the best traits any sane person can employ in a working environment. This goes to both leaders and employees. I have noticed a form of hubris hanging above people, which is actually affecting the way we relate and work with each other. In fact, those who exhibit these two characters are viewed as weak and can be easily manipulated, but that is not always the case.
