The knowledge of interpretive helps the learners create their awareness in terms of perception and the need for others whom they are responsible for. Also, help in improving their knowledge of the process and content of their work. The interpretive is characterized by the perfection of consensus more compared to debate refinement, and this leads to better precision and understanding of who we are (Creswell, 2008).
Ethical and substantive procedures of validation are brought about by the interpretive approaches. Effective interpretive research leads to the attainment of the desired goals and demonstration of trust, which are qualitative inquiries and theses aspects are very crucial for leadership practices (Creswell, 2008).
Interpretive focuses on the results of research, situations and inquiry consequences as opposed to the antecedent conditions. It focuses on the problem under study, questions related to the same and the possible solutions to those problems. This helps the people on the interpretive framework be more concerned about the problem and questions that can arise from the same as well as provide the required answers to those problems (Creswell, 2008).
The outline for the interpretive is opening paragraph that shows the attention of the reader, move from general to specific, and complete it with a powerful thesis statement. It should be followed by body paragraph with three paragraphs where each paragraph has a topic sentence, which has the main point. Then the topic sentence should be followed by two opinion sentences with examples to support the topic sentences. Then concluding sentence summarizing the information other sentences. Finally is the conclusion paragraph that moves from specific to generalization and has the final thought (Lincoln, 2007).
