Proper administration and leadership of schools becomes important in this perspective. To be specific, according to the 21st century view point, there are certain values which a school administrator should follow in order to ensure that the education is being imparted properly and also to make sure that the knowledge lines are kept up to date.
The leader of a school must have a clear picture about the educational system and he must be able to provide the environment for effective impartment of knowledge to the students. The proverb says, “Leader knows the way and leader shows the way.” In other words, the administrator must be able to properly guide the teachers so as to ensure the proper learning of the pupils, and, at the same time, he must be a source of positive vibrations for the students. He must be able to encourage them to learn their topics well and to teach them to pursue their own good careers. He must be dedicated to inculcate a good character in every pupil while making one a knowledge-rich person.
There is an opinion that “the practice of educational leadership is a form of philosophy in action, that is an area of philosophical practice” (Codd, 1989, p.157). The administrator should have a clear picture about what is being taught and how things must be taught. Proper knowledge in these areas is essential to impart education in a proper way. You can guide someone only if you know the right way. Therefore, thorough knowledge about the curriculum becomes an essential requirement as far as a school administrator is concerned. He should also have subtle knowledge about modern teaching methodologies which inevitably incorporate technology in education.

A good leadership plays a substantial role in identifying a dysfunctional motivation. It brings the employees back to the track. It has often observed that money is the most powerful tool to enhance motivation among employees. Incentives, compensations, reward based work should be made the part of organizational work structure.
4). Conventionally, philosophy is the term used for a individual’s or a group’s general ideology, concepts and behaviors. Thus, philosophy of education means the general perceptions, ideology and attitudes towards the education. For a teacher, the educational philosophy should contain the ability to understand how to teach and the knowledge of the curriculum.
Notably, I have gained extensive experience in the provision of care and support to patients without harm. The practice has also taught me the importance of being client centered and goal focused. Within the 20 year-year period, I pursued a Nursing Degree in a Health School.
Leadership is a very complex idea as hardly anyone has been able to grasp where it emerges from and how persons emerge as leaders. I have been fortunate enough to emerge as a leader at least on two occasions.

The reason I have used Florida as the comparative statistic is because my application to the KIPP School Leadership Program will be geared toward the Jacksonville area.
As an educator, I find the above statistics overwhelming not because I believe there is a disparate set of educational tools and skills between the national educational system and KIPP, but because of how these skills and tools are utilized.
My personal values are a sense of duty, integrity, courage, loyalty, respect, selfless service and honor. These values are committed to be adhered at all times and despite encountering various challenges. I also have recognized that one of the guiding principles that should support a leader's actions in compliance with the ethics of reciprocity.
