Are you a student with plenty of money to burn? Then you belong the 1%, send regards to your shamelessly rich parents. As for the rest of us, Black Friday is a luxurious opportunity to save cash buying things like gaming consoles, smartphones, clothing and other commodities at a heavily discounted price. However, we’re not alone in this quest for cheap prices and last-minute bargains. With hundreds of competitors standing in the queue before and behind you before Wal-Mart doors to open early in the morning, some outside-the-box thinking is needed. So, there’re some tips which will help strike the best deals on November 27th, 2016, which is the day when Black Friday takes place this year.

Join the line early, REALLY early

Arriving three hours before opening, you may find a long queue of bargain-hunters already waiting and fighting, and arguing with each other for the right to grab the deals first. That’s why make lots of coffee, grab a camping tent and… get ready to spend the night in front of a chosen store to secure the greatest odds at being the very first venue Black Friday customer. As a student, spending a cold night outside in a camping tent with a pack of sandwiches, coffee and Netflix won’t be a problem. For a thirtysomething, on the other hand, it will… so use this to your advantage!

Make a hunting list

When in a rush, blood pumps in your head and rage towards the entire humanity is growling inside of you, remembering all the things you wanted to opt for on this day might run wild. With this in mind, a list of bargains you originally want to grab is better to be drawn up. Plus, it might be one of those time-killers when sitting outside in a tent in late November waiting for the storefront to open. Keep the list close to your heart and don’t show to anyone.

Claim your student discount

Discounted items get cheaper with a student discount card. Before setting off to hunting on Black Friday, do your research. Search the internet looking for those venues offering extra discounts for students. Saving another buck or two will accumulate in another hundred bucks to be spent on this extra goodie which isn’t event on your list but the price is too tempting to pass by just like that.

No remorse

Americans live in a civilized society 364 days a year, where this one exception day is Black Friday. Always forgetting we’re human beings, people turn into bargain-gorging beasts devouring no the bones of those too weak to run fast around a store and elbow competitors hard enough to bring them out of play. If a person tells you to mind your manners and be polite, know this treacherous enemy longs to low down your guard and leave behind on the quest for new iPhone or 4K TV. GIVE… PEOPLE… NO… REMORSE. For them, Black Friday frenzy brutes won’t!

Find allies though

Come with friends to be able to grab more deals or find like-minded keen in the queue, when tired sitting idly in your tent in the middle of the night. Building truce is essential if you’re in this fight alone. Promise to watch out for person’s Black Friday list items while in return he’ll do the same. Remember though that truces are shattered down as easily as built. Expect everyone to be a wolf in sheep’s skin. Most often than not, it happens exactly like that.

Shop online

The safest and warmest way to strike a couple of bargains is online shopping. Many internet venues like Amazon offer quite amazing Black Friday discounts with free shipping and all. However, a number of competitors might count in millions, as nowadays fewer people want to freeze their ears off only to be able to physically fight for a discounted toaster. But since students are patient and can sleep as dolphins, midnight internet hunt won’t be too much a challenge. Best of luck to you this Black Friday!
