...? CHAPTER DISCUSSION This chapter provided me with a great deal of food for thought. I considered my own position in the world in a very different way after reading this chapter. The ideas it provided still percolate in my brain. The truth is that our identities are more malleable than we think. They are shaped by concerns larger than ourselves. One of those is culture, another is language. All of the ideas made this chapter fascinating reading. I really liked this chapter. The information and ideas contained it are very pertinent to my life. I have often thought of these kinds of philosophical issues before, but this chapter really...

...?Chapter 4 Summary The success of a team is not solely on the leader. Effectiveness of a team is reliant on the team as a whole and responsibility must be treated as such. There are many variables which determine if a team is effective, such as preexisting conditions with members or conditions which form during the existence of the team. Strong management is a crucial point in success along with team members who are capable of working together and working with management. While a leader is not the only aspect of an effective team, a leader cannot be apathetic leaving the team without a path to follow or an example, but rather a leader must provide an environment in which members can work and grow. Finance and Accounting   Topic:  Chapter 4 The answer is (c) The proportion of each payment that represents interest as opposed to repayment of principal would be lower if the interest rate were lower. In the relationship of the interest rate and the monthly repayment that represent interest rates, the correct statement will be (c) because if the interest rate were lower, the payment would all be lower and any decrease would be as a result of interest rates. This implies that the portion of the loan that represents interest rates would be lower. Answer (b) is wrong because under any case the interest rate payment under 7 or 10 years would be the same as the interest rate is of the principal amount of $50,000 times the rate... interest...

...Reflection – Chapter 4 Reflection – Chapter 4 Throughout the forth chapter, we learnt that communication between the teacher and thefamily of a child with special needs is crucial. The modes of communication between these parties have evolved throughout time where in the past, the teachers made all decisions regarding the services to be given to the child. A collaborative approach was then established where the family and the teacher discuss the best ways of offering services to the child and make decisions together. Professionals support this mode of communication since the parents can provide important information such as cultural practices to the teacher who should then ensure that the child learns them. For this to succeed... ,...
